NYC Child Care Assistance Program
Helps eligible low-income families pay for childcare services, including infant and toddler care. Eligibility requirements and subsidy amounts were updated in early 2025. Applications are currently being accepted online and in person at HRA offices.
Eligibility: Income-based, New York City resident. Priority may be given to families with protective service needs or those transitioning off public assistance.
