Affordable rental housing managed by the New York City Housing Authority for low-income families and individuals. As of May 2025, there is a waiting list for most developments.

Rental assistance vouchers funded by the federal government to help eligible low-income families find and lease or purchase safe and affordable housing in the private market. Enrollment is currently open with priority given to homeless families and veterans.

Offers assistance with finding and securing affordable housing options in Queens, including application support and tenant rights education. They are hosting a housing fair on June 15, 2025.

Information on current affordable housing lotteries in Manhattan. Several new developments in West Harlem and the Lower East Side are currently accepting applications with deadlines in July 2025.

Provides legal assistance and resources to Brooklyn residents facing eviction. They are currently offering workshops on tenant rights every Tuesday in May 2025.

Borough: Brooklyn

Offers temporary emergency shelter for individuals and families experiencing homelessness on Staten Island. Intake services are available 24/7 at their main office.
